  • 10:00am – 30 Minute Silent Meditation
  • 10:30am – Guided Self-Inquiry / Introspection
  • 12:30pm – Lunch & Free Time
  • 1:30pm – Space for 1-on-1 check-ins (optional)
  • 3:30pm – 30 Minute Silent Meditation
  • 4:00pm – Guided Self-Inquiry / Introspection
  • 5:00pm – 1 Hour Silent Meditation
  • 6:00pm – Dinner
  • 7:00pm – 1 Hour Silent Meditation
  • 8:00pm – Check-in / Guided Self-Inquiry / Introspection
  • 9:00pm – 30 Minute Silent Meditation

Tuesday, Feb 24

Free day to take a break, hike, visit the Tashi Gomang Stupa, soak in the hot springs, visit the Sand Dunes National Park, be with yourself. Enjoy this magnificent land!

*Advance reservations are necessary for a day-pass to visit the host springs.
