  • 9:30am – Breakfast
  • 11:00am – 30 Minute Silent Meditation
  • 11:30am – Guided Self-Inquiry / Introspection
  • 1:30pm – Lunch & Free Time
  • 2:00pm – Space for 1-on-1 check-ins (optional)
  • 3:00pm – 1 hour Silent Meditation / Yoga Class 1.5 hours (optional)
  • 4:30pm – Guided Self-Inquiry / Introspection
  • 6:00pm – Dinner

Free day to take a break, hike, walk through the town, explore Lake Atitlán, partake in the cacao ceremony, be with yourself. Enjoy this amazing place!
