10-Day Self-Inquiry & Meditation Retreat - Seeing Through the Solidity of Thoughts
This retreat holds a dedicated space for a deep and introspective immersion into life below the surface and into a mind-body significantly more subtle than form. We will explore meditation as entering into a living relationship with oneself, assist the brain in discerning imagination from reality on the subconscious level and discover the ease in the nervous system when stress-driven thoughts and emotion dissolve without any external effort. When thoughts and emotions lose their solidity, there is no more mental labyrinth to navigate – consider the implication of this.

Workshop: Why The Mind is So Active and How to Calm It Down (Boulder, CO)
Understanding the root causes of what makes the mind unable to rest is essential for meditation. This workshop explores emotional intelligence through the lens of a mature relationship with the world of emotions. Such a relationship is not bound by the artificial social etiquette and does not divide itself from being a continuation of humanity and its history. Having the capacity, inner stamina and composure that is capable of holding, softly allowing and witnessing the entire lifecycle of an emotion releases the emotional charge and leaves the mind calm and at rest.

Emotional Intelligence & Energetic Awareness as the New Rites of Passage
This workshop takes a step further from the many stories of traditional rites of passage ceremonies – those in which a young man was to push against fear and pain by the use of his will, a ceremony intended as a second cutting of the umbilical cord to the mother and tribe. What would the process of becoming an adult look like in today’s world? Is the use of will or having to go through extreme circumstances necessary to mature into an adult? Is the new Hero’s Journey calling for a more internal endeavor?
